How our prices work
- We price by size: by m², by volume or by the hour. Never by “small” or “1-bed”.
- Send photos or we'll visit for free, and we'll confirm your price before we start.
- Found more than we were told? We'll show you and agree it first. Nothing is added without your OK.
- Minimum charge £35. A £35 call-out applies if we can't get in, or the job isn't as described.
- Rubble, soil and plasterboard are priced by weight. We can't take asbestos, chemicals, paint or gas bottles.
- Quotes last 30 days. Jobs over £1,000 need a 25% deposit to book.
