Priced by volume, not bedrooms. A basic clean is a sweep, hoover and wipe-down, not a deposit-standard deep clean. Agents and landlords with regular work save 10%.
What we clear
End-of-tenancy
Cleared, given a basic clean and back to the agent fast, between tenants or at the last minute.
Full and part house
A whole house, or just a room, loft, garage, shed or garden.
Probate
Handled gently and at your pace, with keepsakes and paperwork set aside for the family.

Offices, shops and units emptied with as little disruption to you as possible.
